The dog is one of the oldest animals known to man. It is believed that it was the first domesticated animal. With the help of the big “cousins” of wolves, the first homo sapiens were able to “tame” other animals, creating the basis of agriculture. Today, the characteristics of some breeds are ameliorated, so we can’t talk about the same aggressive watchdogs. Even so, there are many dog breeds capable of defeating even the largest animals, such as wolves, boars and even big felines. The dog is and will remain the best friend of men, whether we are talking about a company or a watchdog breed.
